All tools and calculators are intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

💼 2. Hosting & Domain Policy

We do not provide hosting or domain name purchases as part of the service.
Clients are responsible for purchasing their own hosting and domain.
However, we are happy to guide and assist you in:

  • Choosing the right hosting provider
  • Completing the domain & hosting setup
  • Connecting it to your website

💳 3. Payment Terms

📍 Website Design & Development

  • 25% Advance Payment to start the project
  • 50% Payment before Final Draft (after ~80–90% completion)
  • 25% Final Payment before or at time of delivery and full website handover

🎨 Graphic Design / Post Design Services

  • 50% Advance Payment before starting
  • 50% Final Payment before final delivery of approved designs

💡 Note: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This structure ensures fair commitment from both sides and smooth delivery of services.

📌 4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables remain the property of Jainesh Bothra until full payment is completed
  • Upon final payment, full rights to the deliverables are transferred to the client
  • Free eBooks and downloads are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed

🧮 5. Use of Free Tools

Our SIP, Loan EMI, and other calculators are for general informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee financial outcomes. Please consult a professional for financial planning or legal advice.

🔄 6. Revisions Policy

    • Website Projects: Includes up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions
    • Design Projects: Includes 1–2 rounds of creative revisions
      Further revisions beyond this may incur additional charges, discussed beforehand.

🔁 Refund Policy

At Jaineshbothra.com, we follow a transparent and fair policy to ensure clarity and mutual trust. Please read our Refund Policy for digital services below:

📌 1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available under the following conditions:

  • Once the initial 25% (for websites) or 50% (for design services) advance is paid and work has started
  • If the delay or halt in the project is caused by client-side lack of communication or deliverables
  • On downloadable digital content (eBooks, templates, etc.)
  • After final handover of the website or creative assets

💼 2. Project Cancellations by Client

  • If cancellation happens before work starts, a partial refund (up to 50% of advance paid) may be offered
  • If the client delays or halts the project after the work starts, no refund will be provided
  • You may request to pause the project instead (subject to approval)

⚖️ 3. Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel a project for any reason on our end, a partial refund will be issued based on how much work has been completed.

🔄 4. Revisions & Changes

We provide:

  • Website projects: Up to 2 rounds of revisions during the development

Graphic design: 1–2 rounds of feedback before final submission
Excess revisions may be charged additionally.
